That’s when we realized we had to find a way to make technology more accessible but also more meaningful and relevant to their specific needs.to more accessible but also more meaningful and relevant to their specific needs.
Our superpower is mobilizing the strengths of the organizations that partner with us and the 1 million + employees they represent.
We don't just talk about the problems.
We do something about it.
That’s been our mission and aim from day one. Because of our collaborative partners, today, we can design, build, train, and turn over labs in 4 weeks for a fraction of the standard cost normally incurred.
It was a natural progression from the previous Digital Poverty elimination work done by the partners and is an action led initiative to address the growing need to resource underserved communities with the kind of technology we often take for granted but can be life-changing.
We soon discovered that the problem is more complicated than just providing high-speed internet.
That's important, but, oftentimes, people in low and middle income countries have access to digital tools; they just don’t see how the value of those tools justifies the sacrifice it would take to have them.
If you're a corporation and you have a piece of the solution, join us in our mission to eliminate digital poverty.
If you're a community in need, let us assist.
If you're a government who wants proven models to bring the digital world to every school and every community for a fraction of the standard cost, we can help.
Handing out laptops or other devices doesn't solve the problem. Adding connectivity alone doesn't solve the problem. Deploying applications doesn't solve the problem. Training doesn't solve the problem. While all of these are necessary, they must work and be designed together to truly solve digital poverty. We work with the local community or school on a needs assessment, design, procure equipment, deliver, install and train in a matter of a handful of weeks. This isn't that hard if we all work together. That's what the N50 Project does.
