What to Expect: Step-by-Step

Complete the interest form. You will receive a confirmation email and an invitation to attend an orientation session to begin the onboarding process.

Join a live virtual orientation to learn about For WomenKind, your role as a mentor, and what to expect from the program. 

Use this link to apply through the MENTEE platform. Have your email address, country, and a brief bio ready before you begin.

MENTEE will send 7 short training videos to your email. Watch them on your own schedule. Each video is 5–10 minutes long.

Once approved, complete your MENTEE profile with a photo and brief bio — then watch for messages!
